We use City Link to deliver your goods.

To track an existing order please have your "job number" to hand (found on order confirmation email) and Click Here.

Our Delivery charges are based on the total weight of the items ordered:

0-5kgs = £6.17

5-10kgs = £7.51

10-20kgs = £9.45

Over 20kgs £9.45 + 35p per additional kg

Over 100kgs = Sum of (20kg £9.45 + 35p per kg + £17.63 handling charge)

Wherever possible please use a landline when dialing the above number. This will ensure that your call is recognised and correctly routed to your local Customer Services Team.

Please note that the lines are open Monday to Friday, 8.00 am until 7.00 pm. Saturday 8.00 am until 12.00 noon excluding public and bank holidays.

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the following locations:

• Remote Scotland
• Channel Islands & Isle of Mann
• Northern Ireland

If for any reason, CityLink are unable to deliver your order successfully within 2 delivery attempts then you will be liable for the re-delivery charge, which is your original delivery cost amount.
